It’s often hard to find skilled staff to assist in the field.  That is why we have collaborated with the Australian Army Transition Program to secure suitably qualified and experienced field technicians and team leaders to work in the exploration field environments (field sampling, drill rig work, core orientation, sampling and cutting, remote field camp set up etc).  Rokh only employs field staff from the Veteran community or with extensive exploration experience. All staff are internally trained by our in-house senior field technicians and geologists and have years of experience operating in remote environments. They are mine-site ready and we are happy to comply with any other site requirements you may have.

Rokh employs a range of safety systems to ensure field staff are protected while operating in remote locations. These include:

  • Team leaders trained in small team leadership in remote environments.
  • Primaryand alternate remote communications systems.
  • Maintained late model mine-spec vehicles and accommodation platforms.
  • Safety procedures.
  • Primary and alternate geo locating platforms.
  • On-call 24/7 medical and evacuation systems.
  • Medical and heat safety procedures.
  • All staff receive annual pre-employment medicals and undergo regular alcohol and drug testing.

More details are on our website www.rokh.au and our capability statement is attached.
