Supporting the Veteran Community
Rokh employs field staff from the Australian Defense Force Veteran community or with extensive exploration experience. This means you’re supported by a field team with extensive experience safely and effectively operating in remote austere environments. All staff are internally trained by our in-house senior field technicians and geologists and are mine-site ready.
Safety Systems
Rokh employs a range of safety systems to ensure field staff are protected while operating in remote locations. This includes:
- Primary and alternate remote communications systems.
- Maintained late model mine-spec vehicles and accommodation platforms.
- Safety procedures.
- Primary and alternate geo locating platforms.
- On-call 24/7 medical and evacuation systems.
- Medical and heat safety procedures.
- All staff receive annual pre-employment medicals and psychological testing and undergo regular alcohol and drug testing.
Data Management
Rokh exploration data management is managed through state-of-the-art computer hardware and software systems and our in-house senior geologist provides quality assurance.
Introducing Rokh
It’s often hard to find skilled staff to assist in the field. That is why we have collaborated with the Australian Army Transition Program to secure suitably qualified and experienced field technicians and team leaders to work in the exploration field environments (field sampling, drill rig work, core orientation, sampling and cutting, remote field camp…
